ORDERING POLICY

The lead time for shipping out your order depends on the client’s location and the availability of the products mentioned on this website. The lead time will vary between 2-5 working days.
However, Strome Europe BV takes responsibility to inform the client in case there are any changes in this lead time due to any unforeseen reasons.

In the event that the mentioned information or price is not correct, we may, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order. The client will receive notifications via email address provided to us at the time of registration incase of any cancellations.
If we cancel the order after the payment has been processed, we will remit back the said amount to your account from which the payment was made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
After placing an order, the customer can only cancel it if the order has not been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, there is no possibility of cancelation.
