We will verify your shipping address and pin code with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case the address given by you is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s/vendor’s delivery list. We are not responsible for any dispute regarding the shipment of the products or services for the areas not covered by our delivery partners. In case you order multiple products in one transaction, we will make every effort to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible.


Transactions through this Website may be subject to a delivery charge and it will reflect during the stage of check-out depending on the customer’s order and the delivery address.


The products may arrive earlier than the indicated delivery lead time which will be mentioned on each product page. SKÖG LLP is not responsible if the product/products arrive late to the client due to any unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving their order. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
